Designed For You
Our technicians will work closely with you to address any requests or concerns you may have before beginning service.
Take a closer look at the services we have to offer.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Before cleaning your carpets, furniture is carefully moved out of the way by one of our IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified technicians. Next, we will perform our dual carpet cleaning process using a truck-mounted steam extraction system. Our process uses a combination of both traditional and all-natural carpet cleaning solutions. After the carpets have been cleaned, furniture will be moved back into place and set upon blocks in any areas that are still damp. This will protect your furniture and aid in the drying process. You can expect that your carpets will be fully dry within four hours of completion. (6-8 hours in humid air). Upon request, we can provide a high-powered air mover to speed the drying process.
CleanWorks also has the ability to clean area rugs. We can schedule area rug cleaning appointments in one of two ways: 1) We can schedule an appointment to come to your home and complete the area rug cleaning either by itself, or along with other cleaning services. 2) The area rugs requiring cleaning can be brought to our office and we will then complete the service in our facility. If it is more convenient for you, we can also take care of picking the area rugs up and returning them to your home once they have been cleaned. Please indicate the material that your area rug is made out of when scheduling your appointment to ensure an accurate pricing estimate and adequate appointment time reservation.
We also offer upholstery cleaning services. Upholstery cleaning requires knowledge of different fabrics and cleaning methods. Fiber content and the level of soiling, spotting and wear determine our pricing procedure. Fine furniture made of specialty fabrics such as leather, Haitian and chintz cotton, embroidery, wool, tapestry, and silk (among others) require special cleaning solutions and treatment. Items we commonly service include: sofas, loveseats, recliners, ottomans, chair cushions, and mattresses. We can provide you with a personalized upholstery cleaning estimate either over the phone or through a free in-home consultation.
In the unfortunate event of fire damage, our trained professionals will sit down with you and talk over the process of restoration and lay out a plan for the complete procedure. Before beginning, CleanWorks will work closely with your insurance company and adjuster to aid with the situation. When we are done restoring your property, it won't appear to have ever been damaged. We also have the ability to provide you with immediate furnished housing through one of our trusted local business partners. We work closely together to provide emergency clients with a comfortable space to live during the process of restoration.
Services we can provide in the process of restoring your home after a fire include: boarding up broken windows and placing tarps over holes in the roof, moving out salvageable content and off-site cleaning of such items, duct cleaning and sanitization, clearing debris and emptying affected areas, cleaning smoke and soot damage as well as odor removal, structural restoration to your walls, ceilings or floors, installing new plumbing, electrical, duct work and insulation, water damage restoration and mold remediation, and carpet cleaning in affected areas.
Water Damage Restoration
Water damage happens fast. Within minutes, water contamination can spread to unaffected areas and color can be released from your furniture and stain your carpet. Within hours, sheetrock can swell, sag or buckle, furniture can be permanently damaged and bacterial odor may become apparent. Within a few days, mildew, musty odors and rust may begin to appear, while floors, doors and window casings may be damaged beyond repair and need replacement. After a week or two, mildew and prolonged dampness will root into organic materials and may cause carpet backings, paper coverings on sheetrock, and paneling to be affected and need replacement.
Don't wait. CleanWorks offers 24/7 emergency water removal, mold and mildew prevention and the best equipment used by trained professionals for water removal. Many water losses are covered by Homeowners Insurance. CleanWorks will work closely with your insurance company to ensure that your home is returned to its pre-loss condition. Our team will identify the source of the water damage, eliminate further loss, thoroughly dry your space and then restore it to its original condition. In the case that your structure has sustained permanent damage, we offer reconstruction services through a trusted local business partner.

Water and Sewage Extraction
When a pipe bursts at 2am or your water heater expels its contents into your basement, you want the peace of mind of knowing your home is in the hands of professionals trained in water removal. Using our truck-mounted water extractors, we can remove up to 90% of the existing water which aids in shorter drying times. The remaining moisture will then be extracted through the use of high powered air movers and dehumidifiers. We also use a special solution that helps prevent mold and mildew from forming.
CleanWorks will help with insurance claims so you don’t end up paying a fortune for an unexpected water disaster. We will work with your insurance provider to help you receive full value, ensuring that your home is returned to its pre-loss condition. Water leaks or spills are very common. Immediate inspection of floor coverings, structural materials and crawl spaces, as well as prompt removal of all standing water, is critical in reducing or eliminating structural damage and mold. Since every minute counts, CleanWorks is ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Mold remediation is a job for professionals. Mold is not only made up of visible particles, it also produces poisonous substances called 'mycotoxins' that may cause serious health problems for anyone exposed to it. CleanWorks has performed many mold remediation jobs from small, one room removals, to large, multi-story home removals. When large amounts of mold are found, sampling should be performed to determine the various types of molds present and at what level each of these molds exist. A microbiologist may be required to determine the best course of action to begin the remediation process. Testing is a costly but often necessary part of the remediation process. Our CleanWorks staff will work with you to discuss your options and recommend the best course of action.
Once a plan has been chosen, our trained professionals get the job done safely and correctly. Equipment including containment barriers, HEPA filter vacuums and air machines are used to create a safe environment. Each technician is suited with safety gear for their protection as well. After CleanWorks has completed the mold remediation job, post-mold remediation samples are taken to ensure that all molds have been cleaned and that none are elevated above the levels set by the laboratory. Once indoor environments are within safe levels, reconstruction may begin.
Your home environment is controlled in part by the cleanliness of your air duct system. When air ducts are full of debris, dust mites and other contaminants, these things are continually forced back into your living environment. Industry standards recommend that air ducts be inspected every two years for cleanliness, and cleaned, on average, every five to seven years.
The cleaning process includes: Opening access ports or doors to allow the entire duct system to be cleaned and inspected; inspection of the duct system before cleaning to be sure that there are no asbestos-containing materials; use of vacuum equipment that exhausts particles outside of the home or use of high-efficiency particle air (HEPA) vacuuming equipment if the vacuum exhausts inside the home; well-controlled brushing of the duct surfaces in conjecture with contact vacuum cleaning to dislodge dust and other particles; and sealing and re-insulating any access holes that may be made or used so they are airtight. CleanWorks follows NADCA's standards for air duct cleaning and NAIMA's recommended practice for ducts containing fiber glass lining or constructed fiber glass duct board.
If you’re looking for the highest quality in general cleaning services, CleanWorks can assist you.
